Online Sales Returns

RedoxBox® Ltd. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all B2C (Business-to-Consumer) purchases made directly via uk.redoxbox.com, subject to the conditions below.

The 30-day period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

For multi-unit orders, we may accept one opened unit provided it contains a reasonable quantity of unused capsules.

Empty, fully consumed, or excessively used products are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at customer.care@redoxbox.com with your order number.

2. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Returns are processed via Amazon® fulfilment services acting on our behalf.

3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed within approximately 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping & Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
