Shipping summary
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, including the English Channel Islands.
All orders placed on uk.redoxbox.com are fulfilled and delivered domestically within the UK.
Orders with a total value above £39 GBP are shipped free of charge.
For orders below £39 GBP, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and order characteristics.
Oversized or non-standard orders (typically B2B) may incur additional shipping fees and are subject to individual shipping estimates.
How do we ship orders?
All consumer orders are fulfilled exclusively via Amazon® Fulfilment Services (FBA) using Amazon’s UK logistics network.
Packaging
Orders fulfilled via Amazon® FBA are delivered using Amazon’s own packaging, labels, and handling procedures. This is standard practice for Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment and ensures consistency, speed, and traceability.
Tracking your orders
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through Amazon® FBA and reflected in RedoxBox®’s e-commerce notifications.
If you need assistance regarding the status of your delivery, Amazon®’s customer support channels may be used. Relevant contact details are included in Amazon dispatch emails.

Undelivered, refused, or uncollected shipments
If an order cannot be delivered after multiple delivery attempts, is refused by the recipient, or is not collected within the allotted timeframe from an Amazon Locker or an Amazon-designated affiliated local pickup location, the shipment may be returned to Amazon®’s fulfilment centre.
In such cases, the order will be considered a failed delivery attributable to non-receipt or refusal by the customer.
Once the item has been successfully returned and restocked by Amazon®, a restocking fee of 15% of the product value will be deducted from any refund issued. This fee reflects the handling, processing, and logistics costs incurred.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable in cases of refused, uncollected, or failed deliveries.
If an item cannot be returned to sellable inventory due to its condition upon return, no refund may be issued.
B2B / Research shipments
B2B orders, research samples, and special shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis. These may involve bulk packaging, pallets, or non-standard logistics arrangements and are not covered by standard consumer shipping terms.
